Coffee, tea, fruit juices and mineral water

In 1970 at the age of 15y old, Andrea Trinci starts learning the art of coffee roasting with acacia wood in his father’s company, founded in 1939. In 2002 he opens in Cascine di Buti, in the countryside of Pisa, the artisan coffee and cocoa roasting company where, besides coffee, the cocoa beans are processed to be transformed in chocolate bars. In this new path he dedicates to actualize a roaster inside the prison Lo Russo e Cotugno in Turin, teaching the art of roasting to the “peculiar guests”. Very important are the Slow Food International Presidia of the Coffee Huehuetenango in Guatemala and Harenna Wild Forest Coffee in Ethiopia. The coffee production encompasses blends and single origins, organic and fair trade products. Both the roaster in Turin and the cocoa projects and the technical supervision in the plantation (first in Barlovento, Venezuela and then in Tabasco, Mexico) are all realized with the support of the Slow Food Foundation whereof Andrea is technical advisor. The chocolates are made of high quality raw materials that combine perfectly: a great example is the organic honey from the beach of San Rossore that marries and sustains the 75% dark cocoa.
